The direct sale of new and used machinery for sheet metal working is not our only mission. We work every day to offer advice to the customer throughout the purchase process, from the initial stages of consideration of the purchase to after-sales.

In fact, we make available a qualified technical staff also to provide remote assistance using the most modern software installed on the machinery, thus meeting the customer's needs to solve the problem in the shortest possible time.

If, on the other hand, the intervention is more important and requires the presence of one of our technicians on site, we are organized to send the resources needed to solve the problem.

Contacting us in a simple way has always been one of our priorities and for this reason we have created a platform that allows you to create an instant ticketing system so as to be able to give the customer fast, clear, personalized answers.


We follow the customer in the pre and post sales phases as a fast and effective interlocutor with the aim of helping to contain costs and optimize production, but not only. We are available to provide advice to obtain the best solution also from an economic point of view: from tax reliefs, to concessions, up to incentives.

We are here to ensure the maximum yield of the machines sold, grow together with the customer and provide a tailor-made service to achieve their satisfaction.

All our machines are designed to be integrated into Industry 4.0 and we are paying particular attention to machinery that guarantees tangible energy savings for the customer.

In addition to consultancy during the sale, we offer 360 ° services such as disassembly, assembly, installation and commissioning of the machine tools purchased, training courses at its headquarters or by the customer, ordinary and extraordinary overhauls of the systems, updating activities on new models, supply of management and programming software, logistic shift services.

For its part, our warehouse is always stocked with original spare parts from the manufacturer (in the case of Trumpf purchased directly from Trumpf Italy) and if they are no longer in production, the spare parts are built ad hoc. We also offer the customer the opportunity to sign maintenance contracts for checks and revisions even for machines not purchased at our facility.
